Akandu Tosan Nwosu

VP HR

A visionary leader and currently serves as an Executive Director at International Monitors Company Ltd (Logistics Division), where he drives strategic relationships with African, Asian, and Middle Eastern buyers, as well as BD refineries, to expand markets for crude oil (BLCO). With over 7 years of diverse experience across marketing, technology, and global project management, Akandu has consistently demonstrated his ability to foster high-value partnerships, navigate complex business landscapes, and spearhead transformative growth initiatives.

Education:

*Bachelor’s degree in Financial Economics from Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU).

*Also pursuing continued professional certifications at George Washington University (GW). (in-view).

* Certified in Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Akandu’s strategic influence extends to high-profile collaborations with internationally acclaimed brands, including Gunturm Wine, where he led market expansion initiatives into Nigeria. His global footprint is further highlighted through his work with 734 Coffee, where he forged key partnerships with major coffee cooperatives and conducted extensive market research across Kenya, Sudan, and Ethiopia to optimize growth strategies and strengthen supply chains.

Jasper C Nduagwuike, Esq, FCA

Vice President Finance

He is the Founding/Managing Partner of Jasper Anderson & Co (Chartered Accountants) and the affiliate firm Jasper Anderson Consulting. He has in his kitty over three decadesof well-rounded experience in public accounting, audit and assurance,financial consulting, tax advisory and related services. Mr. Nduagwuike received his Higher National Diploma in Accounting in 1988. He successfully completed the course work of a Post Graduate Diploma in Finance with the Imo State University. Mr. Nduagwuike has performed financial statement audits of numerous organizations in both the public and private sectors. He has performed these audits in all of the capacities of staff, lead auditor and engagement partner. He trained with and worked for Akintola Williams Deloitte (now Deloitte,Nigeria) for the better part of 5 years. Deloitte is a global brand of choice amongst accounting firms ranking amongst the “big four.”

His audit exposure includes: Federal University of Technology, Owerri, Union Bank of Nigeria, Golden Guinea Breweries Plc, Modern Ceramics Ltd, Umuahia, Imo Concorde Hotel, Aluminium Extrusion Industries Plc; to name but a few. His secular career history cuts across Oil & Gas; Energy & Power, Engineering Procurement & Construction. He spent impactful years with the ADAMAC Group, Nestoil Plc, Hammakopp Consortium Ltd, Income Electrix Ltd (Stakeholder in PHED).

Today as Founding and Managing Partner of Jasper Anderson & Co (Chartered Accountants), he has grown a broad clientele portfolio spanning diverse economic sectors including  Oil and Gas.

Chukwuma Okechukwu Okafor

Vice President Marketing

*Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma (A-Levels Equivalent)

*Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Mechanical Engineering (MSc) programme in Surface Design and Engineering at the University of Nottingham, UK, in 2003.

*Certified HTML Developer from W3Schools and has an ISEB foundation certificate in
Software Testing.
At the completion of his Masters programme, he secured a job with Xerox Global Services (XGS), at Hemel Hempstead, United Kingdom, from 2004 to 2007, where he worked with the Engineering Services Management Team, that handled the portfolio of various banks across the country, deploying engineers to bank sites and liaising with bank managers to ensure that SLA was maintained at over 93%.

From 2007 to 2011, he worked contracts at various organisations as an ISEB certified Software Tester, such as William Hill Organisation, UK Post Office and Tesco Stores, where he worked closely with Software
Developers and System Managers within an agile environment to ensure Fault free applications. In January of 2012, Chukwuma returned to Nigeria and completed the compulsory NYSC program at Uyo, Akwa Ibom State, where he served at the Ministry of works, working at various road construction projects across the State.
After the completion of his NYSC program in 2013, Chukwuma started working for Syco- Unit Limited, a
Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) refilling Plant in Rivers State, as the Operations Manager.
